We feel that we offer our clients a cost practical, logical pathway to detection of our patients ailments and then implement proven therapy. Internal medicine is defined as the art of preventing or curing disease. We truly believe that Internal Medicine starts with a thorough history and a full physical examination. From the history and a full physical examination a lot can be ascertained. The art comes in when the doctors assimilate their historical information and comprehensive physical examination to come up with a differential diagnosis. Once the differential is established we use our experience to lead us through a logical diagnostic pathway to determining exactly what the animal's ailment is.
